This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the client (“Client”) and Elite Wanderings (“Company”), a travel agency/travel advisor service. By purchasing any service from Elite Wanderings, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Services

Elite Wanderings agrees to provide travel agency/travel advisor services to the Client, including but not limited to: flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation arrangements, and tour bookings. The specific services provided will depend on the purchased package.

Payment and Fees

The Client agrees to pay Elite Wanderings the fees for the selected package, as well as any additional fees that may be incurred for add-ons or changes to the itinerary. All fees are due upon booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The Client understands that certain fees may be non-refundable, as per the policies of third-party providers. Elite Wanderings will make reasonable efforts to secure refunds for the Client, but cannot guarantee the outcome.

Travel Documentation

The Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. Elite Wanderings will provide assistance and guidance, but the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring that they have the proper documentation for their trip.

Travel Insurance

The Client is liable and responsible for their own travel insurance. Elite Wanderings strongly recommends that the Client purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. The Client agrees to waive Elite Wanderings of any responsibility in relation to their travel insurance.

Third-Party Suppliers and Services

The Client is responsible for reading and acknowledging the terms and conditions of any third-party suppliers or services that Elite Wanderings may use. The Client agrees that Elite Wanderings is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such suppliers or services.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Wanderings acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party travel providers. The Company is not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or failures of these providers. The Client agrees to hold Elite Wanderings harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their travel arrangements.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Amendments and Waivers

No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

By purchasing a service from Elite Wanderings, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
